This group (in one form or another) has been around for years. It offers free and low-cost ways to learn hypnosis and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a cousin to hypnotherapy). In my opinion, we’re fortunate to have this group as a resource in the Bay Area. I’ve personally gained a lot from attending as well as from teaching at the practice sessions. Whether you’re totally new to hypnosis or an expert, you’ll learn something useful.
