If you live in California, you don’t have to worry about smoke bothering you in a restaurant, hospital, office building, etc. But not all states have such protection. Smoking is a state-by-state issue, and some let smokers light up indoors.
Yet Vietnam just leapfrogged the U.S. by banning smoking in public places. This is great news for people who work in restaurants, office buildings, etc. It’s also great for those riding public transportation. Smoking is incredibly common in Vietnam, so I hope this ban encourages more people to stop smoking.
If you know someone in Vietnam who smokes, encourage them to see their local hypnotherapist. Let them know that using hypnosis means minimal withdrawal symptoms or even zero withdrawal symptoms.
If they’re not keen on hiring a hypnotherapist, suggest that they get a hypnosis smoking cessation MP3 or CD from the Internet. It may not be as good as seeing a professional, but some hypnosis is better than no hypnosis. To see the smoking ban article, click below.
