Diet soda increases diabetes risk. Note on hypnosis and diet soda.

Most of us have heard that diet soda hurts our health. But I just learned that French researchers found that drinking one 12-ounce diet soda per week (one can of soda) can increase a woman’s risk of Type 2 diabetes risk by 33%. (Later I’ll share a hypnosis idea about diet soda.)

Obviously there need to be more studies to confirm this, but even before confirmation I’ve been hearing for years that diet soda is worse than regular soda. This study is pretty large with over 66,000 women over 14 years. The article is below.

Now for the hypnosis idea. Do you drink diet soda? If so, would you have a tough time switching to another beverage? The reason I ask is that I’m considering two hypnosis ideas.
