Meditation reduces wrinkles

Many people know that meditation (i.e., hypnosis) has many health benefits, but it can also make you look younger. Charlie Knoles, a Vedic Meditation instructor, has been meditating since age 4. He’s now 37, but people tell him he looks like he’s in his 20s.

Knoles cited a study of short and long-term meditators. Compared to the general population, the short-term meditators looked 5 years younger, and the long-term meditators looked 12 years younger. I wonder if that means a 13-year-old kid would like look like an infant? 🙂
